Purposes of data processing
The data processing of personal data in accordance with clauses III, IV serves primarily the purpose of the establishment, implementation (fulfillment) and termination of the contract concluded between the customer and us. In addition, we require the data in part to fulfill our legal obligations as a company in Germany.
Legal basis for data processing
The data processing is alternatively or cumulatively justified according to:
- Art. 6 para.1 a) DSGVO = consent to data processing.
- Art. 6 para.1 b) DSGVO = fulfillment of a contract
- Art. 6 para.1 c) DSGVO = fulfillment of a legal obligation of the responsible person
Data transfer to third parties
For the aforementioned purposes, your data may be passed on to companies supporting us, which we have of course carefully selected and commissioned in accordance with Art. 28 Para.3 DSGVO. These service providers are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored by us. Otherwise, your data will only be passed on to other third parties if this is expressly stated in this data protection declaration or if we are legally obliged to do so.
Storage period of personal data
Personal data will be stored in an appropriate form for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The storage period shall be limited to the absolutely necessary minimum.
Longer storage is subject to the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures for archiving purposes that are exclusively in the public interest.
In addition, there are still legal storage obligations (accounting, tax, customs law, contract law), according to which even a requested deletion of the data subject within this period may be refused. However, this will also be communicated to the data subject with reasons.
If the purpose of storage ceases to apply or if a storage period prescribed by the European Directive and Regulation Body or another competent legislator expires, the personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Right to data portability
Under the conditions and in accordance with Art.20 DSGVO, we will transfer your data to another responsible party if you have provided it to us.
Revocation of consent
If you have consented to data processing pursuant to Art.6 para.1 a) DSGVO or to the processing of special categories of personal data pursuant to Art.9 para.2 a) DSGVO, you may revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of such data processing until the time of revocation.
Right of objection
You have the right to object to data processing under the conditions of Art.21 DSGVO.
Right of appeal to supervisory authorities

Google reCAPTCHA
We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to verify whether data entry on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent by the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not made aware that an analysis is taking place.
