Purposes of data processing

The data processing of personal data in accordance with clauses III, IV serves primarily the purpose of the establishment, implementation (fulfillment) and termination of the contract concluded between the customer and us. In addition, we require the data in part to fulfill our legal obligations as a company in Germany.

Legal basis for data processing

The data processing is alternatively or cumulatively justified according to:

  • Art. 6 para.1 a) DSGVO = consent to data processing.
  • Art. 6 para.1 b) DSGVO = fulfillment of a contract
  • Art. 6 para.1 c) DSGVO = fulfillment of a legal obligation of the responsible person

Data transfer to third parties

For the aforementioned purposes, your data may be passed on to companies supporting us, which we have of course carefully selected and commissioned in accordance with Art. 28 Para.3 DSGVO. These service providers are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored by us. Otherwise, your data will only be passed on to other third parties if this is expressly stated in this data protection declaration or if we are legally obliged to do so.

Storage period of personal data

Personal data will be stored in an appropriate form for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The storage period shall be limited to the absolutely necessary minimum.

Longer storage is subject to the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures for archiving purposes that are exclusively in the public interest.

Use of cookies

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to verify whether data entry on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated program.
