The proven sludge extraction system for waterjet cutting systems is equipped with a newly developed filter unit. This is an innovative combination that has been developed primarily for small cutting systems with an abrasive consumption of up to 500g/min and at the same time guarantees compliance with the strict European discharge regulations for waste water.
On the newly developed base frame, in addition to an enlarged collection basket, there is a cleaning unit with coordinated components. Filters, pumps and a dosing unit for the necessary flocculant are used to remove even the finest suspended particles from the cutting water. The upper top tank is additionally equipped with forklift lugs. Safe transport and quick change of the big bags are thus possible without any problems.
